Prep Time: 35 minutes ⏲️
Step 1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave (and make sure to use a microwave safe bowl).
Step 2. Take the melted chocolate and mix it well with the coconut oil.
Step 3. Take another bowl and crack the eggs. Then, whisk them into a good mix with your coconut sugar.
Step 4. Slowly pour in the melted chocolate mix into the eggs while whisking gently until they’re fully brown.
Step 5. Sift your almond powder into the chocolate mix, followed by the cacao powder. Add the pinch of salt last.
Step 6: Keep on whisking gently until you no longer see any clumps in your brownie batter.
Step 7. Pour the batter into the baking pan and make sure the top is evened out.
Step 8. Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 18-20 minutes. Use the usual toothpick method to check for doneness.
